If you have a problem when you receive the item, please let us know immediately and we'll work with you to make it right. In case we can not meet your expectations, just return the item within 7 days and we will issue a full refund (buyer pays return shipping). Our 7 day return policy is designed to make sure that customers are happy with the item, but not so long that customers can use the item at a convention and then return (Yes, we've had people do that unfortunately).
We regularly do commission items and many of our items can be altered to customers specifications. Past alterations have included color choice changes, and/or personalized changes such as monograms. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have an idea for a commission piece, even if it's just an idea.
